Terms and conditions of use

These conditions are applicable on all deliveries. Each order involves explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices are in Euro and include the applicable tax.

Returns and refunds are not possible since it concerns digital downloadable items.

Each ordered title can be downloaded a maximum of 3 times within a 30 day period.

The downloaded sheet music can be printed or installed and used on a digital device like tablet or laptop, for your personal use or for the use of your band or group only. Under no condition this sheet music or the digital file of the sheet music can be sold, lend or given away without the explicit and written permission of the publisher

Only Belgian law is applicable to these terms and conditions, particularly the courts of the district of Leuven.
